RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We strive to provide quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your pre-order item, please contact us at connect@awakeningwa.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our return and exchange guidelines are as follows:
- Pre-order items returned must be unused and unworn.

- After 30 days from receiving your order, we won't be able to process any return or exchange.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 6 business days (excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable). For exchanges, we'll send you tracking information once we've shipped the new item.

- For all returns and exchanges, please email us at connect@awakeingwa.com and include your order number. We'll provide you with further instructions on how to return or exchange the item.

Please be aware that you'll be responsible for covering any return shipping fees, and we suggest using a shipping service to track or purchasing shipping insurance. We aren't responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
